Rachel graduated from Massey University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree. After spending time working in companion animal practices in Wellington and the UK, Rachel started working for Rappaw in 2001. 

She worked at the Titahi Bay branch for many years and is now based at Central.

Rachel loves talking to clients to assist them with improving the health and wellbeing of their pets. She currently has two pets, Crazy Daisy, a huntaway cross rescue dog, and Bradley, a gorgeous but naughty tabby cat. 

Outside of work Rachel loves spending time with her family, including her four young adult children. Her favourite hobbies are stamp collecting, baking, reading and gardening.
